I do my best to ensure orders are despatched as soon after order as possible.  

All items are shipped (within the UK only) by 1st Class or Special Delivery, according to value.

For other EC countries (non-UK), please add £3.50.  For other countries, add £10.00.  In some circumstances, for heavy and/or bulky products for non-UK destinations, I may need to charge a postage supplement.  If this is the case, I will advise you before accepting your order.

Returns will only be accepted if they are found to be faulty.  A full refund will be offered, less the cost of shipping.  I cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, so please order carefully.
