USING INNER TALK CDs
You may begin with whichever programme you like. The CDs can be played quietly in the background, as you go about your everyday activities. You may even play them whilst you sleep at night. The volume does not need to be high for the Inner Talk programmes to be effective, and no concentrated effort is required.
CHOOSE A TITLE
If you are just starting with the Inner Talk programmes, my suggestion is that you choose a title that is very significant to you. Think carefully about exactly what it is you want to achieve, and what would be involved in achieving it. Comparing the sample affirmations can be very helpful. Which set of affirmations most fit the goal you are trying to achieve?

What are you really good at? What do you truly love to do? What are your special talents? How can you use your gifts and talents to their maximum benefit for you and others? Do you have hidden, suppressed, or forgotten talents?
When we do what we love to do, we not only become very good at it, we usually prosper doing it. The trite saying, "Do what you love and the money will follow," is probably true. Do what you love and happiness will follow; therefore so will optimal health and well-being.
